Heritage Village at a glance is a work in progress at this mornings Presidents Council meeting held in the meeting house.
At the Presidents Council Meeting this morning, Walt Johnson, the newly elected President of the Council and the newly elected President of the HVMA/HVF are showing off an enlarged Organizational Chart describing all the Heritage Villages standing committees that will be needing resident volunteers to serve.
Roger stated our community is a complex organizational structure. It consists of the HVMA – its Officers, Trustees and Committees; and the HVF – its Officers, Directors and Committees.
Who are they, what do they do, and can I VOLUNTEER?
Over 300 volunteers are necessary to fill these positions. This new administration is looking for YOU! Where would you best fit? Take a look at the chart and choose an interested committee where you think you can make a contribution utilizing your professional and personal experiences.
Volunteer applications will be located at the Activity Building where the enlarged chart will be displayed, in the Monthly Bulletin, on our website: HeritageVlgCT.org. at the Executive Offices, at the Management Office and Activities Building.
You can also pick up the telephone and ask for Jennifer, the Executive Office Secretary at (203) 264-9644 Ext. 321.
